Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gemmintvending.com (the "Site"), our physical vending machines located at partner businesses in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and any purchase made through either. By using the Site or purchasing from one of our vending machines, you agree to these Terms.

Independent Reseller Disclaimer

Gem Mint Vending is an independent reseller of genuine Pokémon Trading Card Game product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. All Pokémon names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Products

• We sell physical goods: individual cards/singles, sealed product, "guaranteed hit" repacks, and sticker packs — available through our vending machines placed in Tulsa boba shops and through our online shop.
• Repack and mystery-pack products carry a stated guaranteed minimum (for example, our $5 repack guarantees at least one Double Rare EX or better card, alongside bulk commons). We do not use fake scarcity or inflated odds claims — only the stated guaranteed minimum is promised, not any specific card or outcome. See our Refund Policy for how this applies to refunds.
• Vending machine purchases are completed and dispensed on the spot; online shop purchases ship physical product to the address you provide at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details and our Refund Policy for returns, damaged items, and vending-machine malfunctions.
• Product availability, pricing, and specific repack contents/odds are described on the Site or on the machine at the time of purchase and may change at any time.

Trade Board

• Our Trade Board is a space for users to post "have/want" card listings and arrange trades directly with one another.
• Gem Mint Vending is not a party to any trade arranged through the Trade Board. We do not inspect, authenticate, or take custody of cards traded between users.
• We are not responsible for disputes, non-delivery, fraud, or misrepresentation of a card's condition or authenticity between users. Users trade with each other entirely at their own risk, and we encourage reasonable caution (such as verifying condition and using a trusted payment/shipping method) before completing any trade.
• We may remove any Trade Board post at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or content that violates these Terms.

Community Wall

• Photos and captions submitted to our Community Wall are reviewed by us before publishing. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion, including for content we consider inappropriate, unrelated, or in violation of these Terms.
• By submitting a photo or caption, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site, attributed to the name or handle you provide.
• You confirm that any content you submit is your own or that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Giveaways

Giveaways are run at our discretion. Entry requirements, eligibility, and prizes are described on the giveaway page at the time of entry.

Vending Machine Host Locations

If you submit an inquiry to host one of our vending machines at your business, submitting the form does not guarantee placement. Any placement is subject to a separate agreement between us and the host location.

Sales, Discounts & Newsletter

• Sale pricing, discount amounts, and time windows are set at our discretion and may change or end at any time; prices shown at the time of checkout (or posted on the machine) are what's charged.
• Our newsletter is opt-in — you can subscribe via the Site footer, a pop-up, or after purchase, and unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter email.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, tamper with or attempt to defraud our vending machines, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

The Site, our vending machines, and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gem Mint Vending is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site, our vending machines, our products, or the Trade Board.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our vending machines after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
