Refund & Return Policy

Short version: online shop orders can be returned or refunded if damaged or misdescribed — contact us within a reasonable window of delivery. Vending machine purchases are final once dispensed, but a machine that takes your payment without dispensing will be made right. Repacks always honor their stated guaranteed minimum, even though we can't refund based on which specific card you pulled.
Online Shop Orders
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match its listing, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a checkout error, let us know and we'll correct it.
- We don't offer "change of mind" refunds once an order has shipped, but reach out if something isn't right — we'd rather fix a real problem than lose a customer over a form letter.
Vending Machine Purchases
- Once a product has been dispensed from one of our vending machines, the sale is final — this is standard practice across the vending industry, and it lets us keep prices low.
- If a machine takes your payment but fails to dispense a product, contact us at [email protected] with the machine's location, the approximate time of purchase, and your payment confirmation if you have it, and we'll make it right — typically a refund or a replacement item.
Repacks & Mystery Packs
- Every repack states its guaranteed minimum up front — for example, our $5 repack guarantees at least one Double Rare EX or better card, plus 15 bulk commons. We don't use inflated odds or fake scarcity; the guaranteed minimum is the only outcome we promise.
- Because only the guaranteed minimum is promised — not a specific card, rarity above the minimum, or resale value — we don't offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with which particular card was pulled.
- If a repack fails to meet its stated guaranteed minimum, contact us with your order/purchase details and we will replace the pack or issue a refund.
Sticker Packs
Sticker packs follow the same terms as other online shop orders (damaged/misdescribed items) or vending machine purchases (final once dispensed), depending on where they were purchased.
