Information We Collect

• Order information: when you make a purchase in our online shop, we collect your email address, shipping address, and, if provided, your name — needed to fulfill and ship your order.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or other full payment details on our servers.
• Giveaway entries: if you enter a giveaway, we collect the email address (and any other entry details requested) you provide.
• Contact & host-location forms: if you contact us or submit a form to request a vending machine at your business location, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about the location.
• Trade Board posts: if you post a "have/want" listing on our user-submitted Trade Board, we collect the card details you list and the contact method you choose to share so other users can reach you. Where possible, we encourage using a message form or handle rather than posting your raw email address publicly, to limit unwanted exposure of your contact details.
• Community Wall submissions: if you submit a photo and caption to our Community Wall, we collect the image, caption text, and the name or handle you choose to display.
• Newsletter sign-up: if you opt in — through the site footer, a pop-up, or after purchase — we collect your email address to send you our newsletter.
• Usage data: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Rybbit) and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed and general interactions. This does not include payment details.

How We Use Your Information

• To process, fulfill, and ship online shop orders, and to communicate order status and shipping updates.
• To run giveaways, contact winners, and administer entries.
• To follow up on vending-machine host-location inquiries submitted through our contact/lead forms.
• To publish Trade Board posts and Community Wall submissions you choose to share, and to let other users contact you about a trade through the method you provide.
• To send order confirmations and — only if you've opted in — giveaway, newsletter, or promotional emails.
• To send our newsletter (at most about once a week), if you've subscribed — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also request removal directly.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's session storage and cookies (not third-party ad-tracking cookies) to remember things like your shopping cart contents and whether you've already seen a pop-up this visit — this data stays in your browser and is not sold or shared. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and fulfill orders, currently:

• Stripe — payment processing for online shop orders.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver physical orders (your name and shipping address are shared as needed to ship your package).
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security.
• Rybbit / Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics.

Data Retention

We retain order, giveaway, host-location inquiry, and Trade Board/Community Wall records as long as needed to provide support, fulfill orders, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter email. You can request removal of a Trade Board post or Community Wall submission at any time by contacting us. To request deletion of your personal information, contact us at [email protected].

Your Privacy Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and — under CCPA/CPRA — to know whether we "sell" or "share" it (for the record: we don't, and we don't use targeted-advertising or data-broker services). Use our Data Request page to submit any of these requests — we respond within 30 days, usually much sooner, and may ask you to verify the email address the request concerns first.

Payment & Security

We never see or store your full card number. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
